WHY THE NAME 66 DAYS?
Growing up I struggled with simple things that people are meant to enjoy, having random panic attacks in places as safe as the cinema. This made life quite uncomfortable. But, inspired by the idea that if I could just create strong habits then I'd be okay, I decided to run everyday in January 2021. Once I got to February, I didn't want to stop running. So I thought I’ll add another daily habit and started reading in addition to the running each day. Then came March and I wanted to continue, and so repeated this process of adding a new habit each month and come 2022 I had run every day that year. It changed my life completely. It takes 66 days to form a habit.
